Terwin manufacture a variety of high quality instrumentation, designed with ease of use for both configuration, and end user operation using the SmartMenu™ function. Our instruments are available with a wide range of options. The µ400P to µ700PT range can be used with extrusion pressure transducers, hydraulic pressure sensors, load cells, thermocouples (J, K, & RTD), and voltage or current loops. All models have full CE certification, and conform to industry DIN standards and are always available from stock.

Terwin µ400P /µ500PT /µ600P /µ700PT multi-function process indicator features:

  • Terwin SmartMenu™ - Configure the input type, and all non-relevant settings are ‘invisible’.
  • High visibility single line LED display (µ400P/µ600P)or dual line display (µ500PT/µ700PT)
  • User programmable range and 2 configurable (low/high/direct/inverse) set-point alarms
  • Terwin SmartCal™ -One button auto zero & 80% calibration
  • ⅛ DIN (96w x 48h) µ400P/µ500PT or ¼ DIN (96w x 96h) µ600P/µ700PT

Terwin µ500PT

The model μ500PT is a high performance dual channel process indicator/alarm controller, which can measure and display two process variables simultaneously. A typical application is to use this instrument with a Terwin 2000 or 5000 series extrusion pressure / temperature transducer which incorporates an integral thermocouple.

Terwin µ800P

The Terwin µ800P isolating melt pressure transducer signal conditioner has been designed to convert raw transducer mV outputs into a calibrated and conditioned isolated signal, i.e. 0-10V or 4-20mA etc. This signal can then be fed direct into any PLC or other remote monitoring device.
