What It's For
The DRM Series Operatin g Stand is the ideal tool for repetitive or lab-type testing for users who must test either large specimens, or test in a number of different durometer scales. The DRM Operating Stand, used in conjunction with a durometer eliminates the operator error sometimes associated with shop floor durometer testing. The stand features a floating pin and includes the proper load weights required for testing in durometer scales , Each durometer of type A,E,B,O and SRIS with fixing around 1 kg weight and type D,DO,C with fix around 5 kg, as noted in ASTM D2240, ISO,JISi

แท่นทดสอบชนิดนี้ช่วยลดความผิดพลาดจากแรงกดของผู้ใช้งาน ซึ่งมักเกิดขึ้นในการวัดด้วย Handheld Durometer บนพื้นที่การผลิต (Shop Floor) ทำให้ผลการทดสอบมีความน่าเชื่อถือและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานมากยิ่งขึ้น

Durometer Test Stand รุ่น DRM มาพร้อมระบบ Floating Presser Foot / Floating Pin ที่ช่วยควบคุมแรงกดให้คงที่ และมาพร้อมชุดน้ำหนักมาตรฐานสำหรับแต่ละสเกลของดูโรมิเตอร์ ได้แก่

• Shore A, B, E, O และ SRIS – ใช้น้ำหนักประมาณ 1 กก.

• Shore D, DO และ C – ใช้น้ำหนักประมาณ 5 กก.

รองรับการทดสอบวัสดุหลากหลายประเภท เช่น ยาง (Rubber), พลาสติก (Plastics), ซิลิโคน (Silicone), โฟม (Foam) และอีลาสโตเมอร์ (Elastomers)
