Dial Indicator

In the production site that you need to check the dimensional accuracy, dial gauge has been always used.

Scale interval (1 scale), depending on the intended use, are 0.0005mm, 0.001mm, 0.005mm, 0.01mm, 0.05mm, 0.1mm, 6 kinds exhaustive. The measurement range is from a minimum 0.08mm to 150mm. The dial gauge is usually not used alone, to secure the stem portion / rear part on a jig. Work is sandwiched between the measuring table and measuring element, it reads the amount of displacement in the short hand and minute hand. Its application are direct measurement to be measured by the actual dimensions, and comparative measurement to read the amount of displacement from the phrase reference dimension.

Level Test

Thickness Gauge

Depth Gauge

Caliper Gauge

GX-02

GX-700
