The  BRAVO CTT Series Cap Torque is the torsional moment (turning or twisting force) that acts on an object when it rotates, and the device that measures torque is Torque Tester. Torque testers can be used to measure opening and closing force, turning force, and sliding resistance, and indicate them in the unit of N-m, N-cm, kgf-m, kgf-cm, lbf-in, or ozf-in .

Torque measurement is popular, from the torsional strength of circuit boards, the tightening force of screws, the opening force of PET bottles and jars, and the operating force of rotary switches and keys, as a few examples.

The BRAVO XDTS Series provides external sensor exceptional accuracy for measuring torque on various products including torque wrenches, manual screwdrivers, electric screwdrivers, pneumatic screwdrivers and other torque controlled power tools.

The analog bar graph on the backlit, reversible LCD aids users by providing the resultant torque’s current position compared to the full scale range along with the direction of the force. Pass/fail icons produce live test feedback allowing instant determination of the results.

Every tester comes standard with USB and RS-232 outputs. The XDTS's software enables the uploading of data and the additional statistical analysis with its auto-calculation of the selected values.

These excellent features make the XDTS Torque Tool Testers a valuable and versatile addition to the production and quality control departments.

Automated Cap Torque Tester

The BRAVO Cap Pro Series is controlled by software run on a computer and the Cap Pro uses a Caomputer  to host the software. They deliver both consistency and reliability by controlling the key test parameters of torque, angle and speed. This means that the inherent variability found when using a manual torque tester is almost fully removed.
