The Disc Fatigue Tester gives repeated compressive deformation and tensile deformation fast in an alternating manner to a rubber test piece where a textile cord or steel cord is recessed. Constant StressStrain Flexometer Model : FT-1200 Series

The Constant Stress/Strain Flexometer measures the heating characteristics of a vulcanized rubber test piece when applied test amplitude the load (stress) controlling to a specified level applying to static load. It also performs tests by controlling a specified deflection (strain). Unlike conventional flexometers, this equipment adopts a special temperature detector to measure the inner temperature of a test piece during testing, thus making it possible to measure the real heat-up temperature. The tester can measure viscoelasticity parameters (such as E', E", and tanδ) simultaneously with a heat build-up test. Goodrich Flexometer Model : FT-1100 Series

Lambourn Abrasion Tester Model : AB-1100 Series

The Lambourn Abrasion Tester has a high correlation with the product results in evaluating the abrasion resistance of tires, belts, soles, and other products. The equipment uses a grindstone as the abrasion wheel to turn the grindstone, thus abrasive the ring test piece on the circumference of the grindstone. Since a special process is used for a load on the test piece, this model is dramatically higher in accuracy and reproducibility of the test results than the company's conventional Lambourn Abrasion Tester.

Some models use a safety walk for the abrasion wheel and uses talc instead of carbon random for the anti-tack agent. Another model available is the fully automatic model where up to 54 samples can be continuously tested.

FPS Wear Testing System Model : AB-2010 Series

 

The FPS (Field Performance Simulation) Wear Testing System is designed to give small slip ratio with higher accuracy and reproducibility than the Lambourn Abrasion Tester. It analyzes the abrasion quantity and abrasion energy analysis, thus showing extremely higher real vehicle tires. Their principles are similar to the Lamborn Abrasion Tester but use a safety walk for the abrasion wheel and use talc for the anti-tack agent. The standard is a fully automatic model that performs continued testing of up to 54 items.

Akron Abrasion Tester Model : AB-1500 Series

 

The Akron Abrasion Tester is one of the abrasion testers that have been widely used. The testing equipment is of the type that presses a grindstone to a disc test piece rotated at a specified speed at a specified load. The test piece can be given an angle to vary the slip ratio.

Dupont Impact Tester Model : IM-4500 Series

The Dupont Impact Tester sandwiches a painted steel plate, plastics sheet, or other test piece between a spherical punch having a tip with a specified radius and a stand having a concave with the same dimensions as the tip of the punch, drops a weight onto the punch from a specified height, thus making it collide, be observed visually the conditions of the test piece and how much it is destroyed, and evaluates the impact resistance. Curing Mould MD Series

The Curing Mould is such that the accuracy of the mould to be used affects the accuracy and reproducibility of the test results greatly if mould curing is conducted to manufacture test pieces of vulcanized rubber specified in JIS and ISO, along with other standards. FDR R(Flat Die Rheometer) is a testing equipment that measures changes in torque that vary with rubber by oscillation and determines the vulcanization characteristics based on changes in the maximum torque, the minimum torque, scorch time, cure time, viscoelasticity, and other factors when the rubber component is entered between the upper and lower dies of a flat plate at a specified temperature and is subjected to sinusoidal torsional oscillation. Static Creep Tester Model : CR-1300 Series

The Static Creep Tester gives a tensile or compressive constant load to a test piece in a thermostat chamber and measures the creep that changes with the time elapsed at that time. The creep can be measured at increments of 0.1 mm with a rotary encoder, and maximum loads up to 1 kN can be loaded. Olsen Hardness Tester Model : HD-3010 Series

The Olsen Hardness Tester is a standard constant-load thrust hardness tester used in a wide range of inspection uses with foundations and other cosmetic products. A pressure globe having a specified spherical area is used to press a sample with a specified load. The depth of the dent made is detected with a dial gage, and the hardness of the sample measured. The load can be varied by changing samples from 1 to 3 pounds (1 pound = 453.5 g).

The pressure globe is moved up and down by operating the handle, so that no error is made whoever is the inspector

Durometer Model : HD-1110(TypeA)/HD-1120(TypeD)

The Durometer is the most spread type of tester for measuring the hardnesses of rubber, plastics, and other materials. A stop needle system and a variable limiter are used to reduce the measurement error and makes this product the most suitable for quality control. The Durometer comes in two models (type A for midium materials to be measured and type D for hard materials). Type D is applied for cases where measurements taken with type A reach 90 or more.

The Constant Loading Stand for Durometer is such that, in measurement of the hardnesses of rubber and plastics, this product is equipped with a spring hardness gage and that the sample is given a specified pressure, thus reducing the error depending on the inspecting individual.

The Lupke Pendulum Type Resilience Tester determines the rebound resilience generated when a test piece of vulcanized rubber is given impact energy by an impact bar. It is the most spread type of all rebound resilience testers of vulcanized rubber.

Geer Aging Oven Model : AG-1100 Series

The Geer Aging Oven evaluates the heat resistance of high polymers in aging and degradation. This product exposes samples to an atmosphere where new heated air is constantly supplied at a specified rate, thus performing accelerated degradation. The T-R Tester measures the rate of recovery from elongation when a test piece elongated to a specified extent and frozen is heated up gradually. The equipment comes in 2 types: (1) the automatic type, which uses an encoder to measure the elongation mechanism and recovery rate of the test piece and uses a computer to process the data; and (2) the manual type, which visually takes measurements of the recovery rate from the scale dial. The Gehman Torsion Tester measures the modulus of vulcanized rubber at low temperatures and measures up to 4 test pieces. It automates measurement and data processing. The HDT/VICAT Tester evaluates the thermal resistance of molded plastics materials and examines both the heat deflection temperature (HDT) and VICAT softening temperature (VST) due to heat-up.

Light Type Heating Deformation Tester Model : TM-1500 Series

The Light Type Heating Deformation Tester sandwiches various cables, cable sheaths, rubber, plastics, and other materials between two parallel plates, loads the upper parallel plate at high temperatures, and measures its amount of deformation after a specified time. The equipment can be set to weights at increments of 50 g from 300 g to 3 kg and to amounts of deformation at increments of 1/100 mm. Gas Transmission Rate Tester Model : MS-4500 Series

The Gas Transmission Rate Tester pressurizes the front surface of the test piece by using measurement gas of a specified pressure and depressurizes the back side, thus causing a pressure difference between the two sides of the test piece. Due to this pressure difference, the pressure changes linearly in proportion to the test time.

The Maron Mechanical Stability Tester rotates the rotary disc (which is pressed against a sample container at a specified pressure) at a specified speed, then measures the coagulation generated at that time in the latex.

The bottom of the sample container is equipped with a polyethylene liner, while the bottom of the rotary disc and the top of the bottom of the sample container come with a groove for latex circulation. Setting a load and a test time causes the test automatically.
